Extremely Disappointing Experience with Best Buy I visited Best Buy during their 60th anniversary promotion after receiving an email advertising a $100 gift card for $60. I drove for an hour to the store specifically because of this promotion, only to find that there were absolutely no meaningful deals available. It felt like a marketing gimmick that brought customers into the store without offering what was advertised. Despite that, I still decided to purchase an expensive mouse for around $150. Unfortunately, the store associate did not explain the return policy to me at the time of purchase. Once I started using the mouse for gaming, I experienced significant lagging and performance issues. Since I live an hour away, I contacted Best Buy customer service through online chat hoping they could help resolve the issue without requiring another long drive. Instead, I spent nearly two hours chatting with customer service, only to receive no meaningful help. In the end, I was simply told that I would have to drive another hour back to the store to return the product. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating—from the misleading-feeling promotion, to the lack of communicatio

Love this store, but more than that the employees, went in to look at a few video cameras so my partner and I could create a good wedding video for our best friend. We were between a few options, but then Jason stepped in to help and gave us the best suggestion we could’ve asked for. He showed us examples of the quality of the said camera and went through all the steps of finding the perfect one. Incredible employee and super knowledgeable about videography. Thank you Jason!

Today, a friend & I had the most wonderful experience meeting Coco in the electronics/speaker dept. It has been a long time since I had a wonderful customer service experience in any store, so I had to let everyone know. Just when we thought that that just plain good old fashioned customer service was long gone, then we meet Coco. She exemplified so much knowledge of every speaker to help us chose the right one for our project. My friend ask her did she have lots of training, which tells you that she knows what she is doing. Again, I just want to give credit where credit is due. Thank you again, Coco for your outstanding customer service, and renewing our faith that every now and then, you can get great customer service.

Nicely put together store. Clean. Organized. Nice selection. The employees on the floor, in what you think would be a sales position, couldn't care less about the customers unless they're looking for something expensive. You want a nice TV? They are there. Nice phone? They got you. Big TV? There's 4 guys there to help out. If you've shopped there and spent thousands but head in to grab something less expensive then they don't give a damn about you. I've bought a lot from the store but had to go in to grab a 43" TV for the Airbnb my parents run. I knew exactly what I wanted and asked where I could find it. The guy said "The small TV's are over there" and walked away. Ok cool. I would have been open to something more high end if he would have tried to sell me on something nice as long as it fit in the space available but I guess they don't care about that so much If you go, just know what you want and get it and go.

Colita provided excellent service. She went above and beyond in finding a charging solution for my Bose headphones. She didn’t give up and continued trying different options until she figured it out. Thank you very much for going the extra mile, Colita. Excellent customer service!
